I was introduced to Bridget in 2024, when I was looking for buying a home to start my family. As a first time homebuyer, I was clueless about so many things and was very overwhelmed during my house hunt.

When I set my eyes on the first beautiful home I came across on MLS, I was sure I wanted to apply for it even though there was no time (Saturday) to see it in person before the bid (Monday). I informed Bridget about my keen interest in this property and she advised me that it is always best to have a look at the property before applying and promptly arranged a site visit by coordinating with the Seller’s Realtor, even though it was a weekend.

The first time I set foot in the property premises with Bridget, I was practically in love with property (the ocean view), I wanted to bid for it and win the bid at any cost, while sticking to my budget. That's when, Bridget advised me on applying with an escalation bid (which I wasn’t even aware of), with the higher limit being my maximum affordable budget. Two days later, I heard the news that I won the bid! I was able to buy the first home I bid for because of her help.
